Order Cancellation Policy
Cancellation window: 1 hour. You must request cancellation within one hour of placing the order.
After the one-hour window, cancellation may not be possible because the order may have entered processing, packing, or dispatch.
For eligible prepaid cancellations, any approved refund will be returned to the original payment method, subject to payment-provider processing times. COD orders successfully cancelled within the permitted window will not be processed for dispatch.
No cancellation policy removes any rights or remedies that are mandatory under applicable law.
